Agnostic Studios
Small teams can build like big ones now.
Here's a glimpse of what we're building, solo for now.
Some for underserved markets. Some driven by our own curiosities.
All of it teaches us something for the next one.
Agnostic about what we build, opinionated about how.

On the map
- [01] TRADES › VOICE-AI · PRE-LAUNCH. An AI receptionist that turns a shop's missed calls into booked jobs, day and night.
- [02] TRADES › GEO-QUOTING · PRE-LAUNCH. Satellite-based quoting: an address goes in, a priced quote comes out. No site visit.
- [03] CONSUMER › CITY GUIDE · LIVE. A city guide for locals, visitors and the AI assistants they ask.
- [04] LOCAL › GROWTH PARTNER · LIVE. A growth partner for local service companies: search-first sites, built to send them customers.
- [05] TRAVEL › HOTEL DIRECTORY · BETA. The world's best hotels, picked from the major award lists and ranked by signals you can check.
- [06] CONSUMER › BUY-IT-FOR-LIFE · BETA. Product discovery for things built to last.
- In formation. Some earn an orbit. Some stay off the map.
Pull back, and the orbit is one box in a larger machine.
The machinery is the point. Every venture is a test bed for the systems that build the next one.
An idea is an itch of our own, a new AI capability we want to learn, or a market that research says nobody serves well. Then research agents and demand data size it up.
Fast sprints on one shared scaffold. The strongest models help us plan and design; a faster one helps us ship the UI. The AI proposes and we decide: direction, taste and every push wait for our go.
Changes go to a preview first. Then a second model reviews them, the gates run, and anything visual gets a look on a real device.
Sessions end by writing what they learned into the playbooks, so the next venture starts with the last one's lessons already written down. A few of them are below.
Most days, something ships.
One month: 200+ ships, 80K+ lines of code, 25+ days.
Lessons we keep.
- AI can pass every check and still make something lifeless. Taste is the last gate.
- Look at a real render, at real size, on a real device, before you ratify a design.
- When agents work side by side, give every change its own lane.
- Push each commit from zero ahead.
- If a rule matters, automate it. Written rules get forgotten.
- A model grading its own work is a student grading their own exam.
- Keep one source of truth. Decisions drift when they live in two places.
- AI fills gaps with confident fiction. Give it the facts, or a way to say it doesn't know.
